Job DescriptionThis is a business manager role individual contributor role technology & digital strategies. Manager will provide support to Business Leaders in Pharmacy Operations, Technology Delivery Team, Technology Strategy Team and IT to support problem identification, solution definition and refinement. Manager will also drive measurement and tracking of outcomes - including a clear understanding of what defines success, identifying and clearing roadblocks to unlock organization and operational barriers to ensure initiative successAssists our Operations functional/department leaders and teams in readying Operations for expected impacts from systems outages and downtime. Ensure communication, controls and reporting are coordinated and completed as requiredResponsible for interfacing and communicating at varying levels of the organization, including direct communication with cross-functional areas across the company, project teams and IT teamsDevelop strategies for workflow to optimize and leverage new technology for automation etc.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- 3-5 years of related professional experience.- Proven ability to support multi-faceted initiatives and use effective judgment in prioritization and time allocation. - Excellent communication skills/techniques. Both verbally and written.- Excellent Story-telling and PowerPoint deck creation at various levels from executive team to end users.- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment to solve challenging issues and identify opportunities for improvement.- Ability to work collaboratively with pharmacy operation teams and represent/support the business.- Demonstrated high level of integrity and independent judgement and initiative.- Demonstrated strong and effective high quality execution to meet deliverables and tasks in appropriate timelines.- Demonstrates flexibility to support rapid adjustments to strategy and priorities to meet changing business requirements; conveys strong sense of urgency to drive issues to closure.- Possess ability to apply new innovative approaches to initiative delivery.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
