Job DescriptionThe Senior Marketing Manager, Retention Marketing, will develop and manage direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns for Aetna Marketing to support the growing, fast-paced, Medicare Advantage DSNP business line. You will report to the Senior Director of Retention Marketing and will:- Design and deliver integrated communications campaigns (email, direct mail, digital) to support retention and net membership growth goals.- Work with internal departments and outside agencies to strategize, plan and deliver integrated communications campaigns.- Set the direction and tone of communications projects. You'll be assigned long-range projects and be reviewed through achievement of objectives according to pre-defined goals.- Consult with internal customers, including Senior Management and peers inside and outside of Marketing, on marketing communications initiatives essential to the team's success. This requires the ability to quickly develop a working knowledge of the business. - Apply advanced marketing principles, theories and concepts.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
