Job DescriptionPosition Summary :The Senior Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) is responsible for supporting primarily the Medicare Advantage and other related Medicare lines of business by developing and executing direct-to-consumer (prospect and member) marketing strategies and their corresponding tactical executions for the Regional markets he/she is responsible to oversee. Using the National strategy as the basis, the RMM works in close collaboration with their local market partners, the greater Medicare marketing team, and sales business partners to drive membership acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.Responsibilities to include:- Develop and direct the local market strategy and tactical operating plans with the Regional/local teams- Optimize marketing plans to support increased market share- Analyze local market results, competitive landscape and other key market and consumer insights to determine regional opportunities and message positioning- Represent Region and Product points of view to greater Marketing team to deliver effective marketing messaging in the local markets- Support member retention and provider relations marketing efforts- Liaison between Marketing, external agencies and Regional sales team- Regional marketing budget managementPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required QualificationsRequired Qualifications :- 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Agencies or Consulting roles - Heavy Direct-to-Consumer online and offline marketing experience- Highly communicative team player, adjusts to working style/needs of others to establish strong relationships- Outstanding relationship management and communication skills - Strong strategic, critical thinking, and conceptual abilities; ability to contribute to strategic planning discussions - Strong tactical execution skills - Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities at the same time- Ability to influence others, work effectively in a matrix environment, and interact with all levels of the organizationCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
