Job DescriptionAs a Manager (Sr. Data Scientist) of patient care experimentation, you will have the opportunity to work on our core pharmacy patient care program experiments. In this role, you will drive important analytics and experimentation initiatives from pharmacy personalization and work closely with program owners to deliver business value.Key responsibilities include:Design and develop experiments and mini tests to enhance and optimize the patient experience.Work with stakeholders to innovate, prioritize and execute experimental conceptsAnalytical modeling and statistical analyses to determine the effectiveness of different interventions.Perform in-depth diagnostic analytics and drive actionable insights by querying, mining, and analyzing big data in CVS' cloud computing environment using programming tools including Python (Pyspark) and SQL.Lead the deployment of data-driven product enhancement by managing and guiding data engineers through end-to-end product and pipeline pile analytical insights through effective data visualization techniques and present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in order to facilitate or influence business decision making.Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical teams (e.g. data engineering, digital, IT) to design and implement enhancements; translate business needs into analytics problems and apply analytics frameworks to pharmacy product development.Supervise and mentor junior analysts on the team and develop analytics talents for the team.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,000Maximum: 167,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
