Job DescriptionCLINICAL OPERATIONS EXPERIENCEStandard Business Hours / Central Time ZoneServe as health services leader on the Kansas health plan's executive team. Achieve expertise of central operations through High-level oversight and monitoring of all UM, CM, Medical Director and enterprise health program activities and processes. Serve in a lead role on integration BH development and integration activities. Serve as SPOC and SME for all health plan health services operations to state, network providers, and vendors. Serve with CMO as health program developer when tailoring enterprise programs to IL market. Align health services activities to ensure functional integration with all health plan functions for maximum outcome on Contract commitmentsPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 100,000Maximum: 221,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 10 years of healthcare experience 5-8 years of Medicaid experience, preferably in clinical operations, long term services & supports or behavioral health. Strong knowledge of managed care 5-8 years of extensive experience in medical management/clinical programs - UM/CM and expertise in managing numerous clinical teams while setting clear health plan specific clinical strategyCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
