Job DescriptionManager, Production Support services, is responsible for ensuring that the quality of service delivered by Application Production Support Service Provider meets CVS Caremark's business need and contractual obligations. This role will ensure that service management and quality processes are developed and deployed to meet agreed service levels. Manager, Production Support services will support and promote service improvements, monitoring and controlling the services delivered by Application Production Support Service Provider to ensure that agreed upon services continue to be performed in the expected manner. This includes performance targets, cost, quality of service and end user satisfaction levelsPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications4+ Years of IT/IS experience. Understanding of the design of systems for high availability, security, scalability, reliability and managing nightly application batch cycle.3+ Years of experience in many disciplines of information technology, including system operations, systems management, database management, security, hardware and system interoperability3+ Years experience with Oracle, Teradata, Exadata, Informatica, Hadoop.3+ Years Experience with Control M Scheduler.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. Please note that in some states and roles, you may be required to provide proof of full vaccination or an approved reasonable accommodation before you can begin to actively work.Preferred Qualifications- 3+ years of management experience-Proven leadership skills of small and large teams- Experience managing and implementing outsourcing support services to external vendors- Experience managing and interacting with multiple vendors (i.e. Software Vendors, Outsource Vendors)- A good understanding of available and emerging IT technologies- A good understanding of industry best practices and methodologies (i.e. ITIL)ITIL Foundation Certification is preferred- Support experience managing offshore resources- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to estimate scope and delivery schedules for projects- Ability to motivate and lead teams- Ability to interact with senior management team- Ability to navigate and interact within a large matrix organizationEducationBachelor's degree.
