As a Training Delivery Supervisor (TDS), you are part of a powerhouse performance development eco-system. You, along with your peers, are accountable for the growth, development and ultimately performance of our retail workforce. To meet these mission critical expectations, our Training Delivery Supervisors lead a team of approximately 10 Training Delivery Trainers to deliver best in class learning and development programming that drive business results, colleague engagement and most importantly exceptional outcomes for our customers.This position requires in market and field travel.As a Training Delivery Supervisor, you will: Program Execution & Delivery - 10% â—‹ Lead ensuring execution and impact for our flagship learning programs for colleagues within your multi-region span of control â—‹ Lead development activities and interventions on both a multi-region and division level â—‹ Based on your regional territory and/or divisional trends, design and coordinate development activities with colleagues, managers, key stakeholders in the performance development eco-system â—‹ Ensure program execution occurs with a high level of integrity â—‹ Track, measure, report and communicate on colleague progress to Field Training Manager and Region Directors within division and at national level Coaching & Development Strategies - 10% â—‹ Ensure proper Mobile Training Coach staffing to support colleague development within assigned territory â—‹ Develop and create interactive solutions that support and business outcomes Stakeholder Management - 15% â—‹ Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders: § Field Management, Training Store Managers, Pharmacy Managers, Store Managers, SMIT Coaches, PMEL Coaches, OJT Coaches, peers and Training Delivery Supervisors. â—‹ Maintain a high level of engagement in soliciting team to provide the Design Team with requested feedback around flagship national learning programs execution and impact â—‹ Develop and maintain key cross-functional relationships with key decision makers within the span of control and within the division Evaluation & Assessments - 10% â—‹ Mine and leverage data to continually evaluate the learner experiences and progress â—‹ Evaluate and measure training effectiveness and colleague performance â—‹ Regularly share strategic updates with Field Training Manager and Region Directors to influence and inform key decisions related to colleague performance and environment â—‹ Leverage data to make key decisions that impact and improve colleague development and demonstration of skill acquisition â—‹ Makes strategic changes to maintain pace with retail business growth. Leads, Develops & Manages Team Performance- 55% â—‹ Manages the overall performance through the following: § Clearly defines goals and cascades to the team based on chain expectations for performance § Leverages data to identify key team performance opportunities and conducts root cause analysis and recovery § Partners with Advice & Counsel to deliver accountability for those colleagues who are not meeting the goal or flagship learning program expectation § Provides regularly coaching and feedback to connect with colleagues develop action plans for improvement â—‹ Lead and establish regular talent routines that develops top talent in preparation for future leadership roles â—‹ Manages resource planning and execution in alignment with region and divisional programming needs â—‹ Ensures proper staffing plans to replace vacancies in role to ensure proper support of learners within territory of responsibility â—‹ Owns achieving results through team by creating an environment of engagement and openness to feedback Business Initiative Support - % Varies â—‹ Execute on divisional development programming for initiatives that are timely and business criticalPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 18.50Maximum: 33.65Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications At least 1+ year experience in customer service, training delivery, or management role. Nationally Certified Technician (CPhT via PTCB or ExCPT)) or will become a nationally certified technician within 6 months of hire. Readily can demonstrate and apply a growth mindset around solutions to create positive, sustainable changes. Communication skills are critical in this role. This role must be able to effectively and impactfully communicate with Field Leadership connecting how flagship learning programs can impact overall business outcomes and colleague experience Licensed/Registered Technician within the state of hire. Advanced verbal, written, and presentation skills. Must be highly proficient in MS Office Suite of programs to create content that is visually and verbally engaging to communicate pertinent and timely information to Senior Leadership.
