Its mission is to address issues from a new perspective, looking for innovation opportunities and ways of doing things, and transforming the way we operate.The Lead Director of Strategy & Innovative Products jointly designs cross-functional solutions to address strategic business problems enabling the Analytics & Behavior Change organization to deliver new, innovative solutions for enterprise clients across CVS Health. The Lead Director is an integral member of the Strategy & New Business Development team and will be tasked to develop initiatives to ensure that our enterprise clients incorporate new assets and capabilities enabling them to establish a competitive advantage in the marketplace and effectively serve its customers. Incubate and develop business plans for commercializing new business opportunities that will result in viable, scalable market opportunities for generating top-line business value - leading end-to-end development of strategic business, financial, and operations plans Stand up a product strategy and management function that will ultimately deliver innovative solutions and capture net new revenue streams by integration best-in-class feature sets to create a unique value proposition Evaluates new transformative capabilities based on emerging trends in the marketplace to activate and scale high potential and impact opportunities with a focus on growth Stand up a market and competitor intelligence and research processes associated with current and future state strategic business initiatives and operations Develops and maintains executive level communications to assist in and secure buy-in for leadership level decision making Collaborate and lead in problem solving issues related to the organization's strategic direction Creates consistent, efficient, and cost-effective processes implementation with a focus on sustainable growth Leads special projects that impact the entire organization Interacts with and develops close working partnerships with internal enterprise stakeholders, external vendors, strategic partners as required in the development of initiatives and relevant execution plansLocation Preference: NYC, Wellesley, MA (Boston area); hybrid model, 2x/week every other week (4x/month).Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 100,000Maximum: 221,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 8+ years' experience in a business function such as strategy and planning, business development, and/or consulting setting preferred, with exposure to strategic planning, financial analysis, and product management 4+ years' experience developing strategic plans, problem solving and framing, market/opportunity sizing with a strong focus on relationship management and resulted-oriented, execution focus 4+ years' experience developing analysis, presentations, and support material to successfully implement strategy or change initiatives Effective communicator with peers and senior leaders, both 1:1 and in small groups Demonstrates strong ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and superb PowerPoint skills (i.e. successfully build executive level decks) Direct experience working with data evaluation and licensing across various industry verticals including healthcare and consumer products & goods Experience with new market evaluation, business case assessment, and business model innovationCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
