Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for building strong relationships and delivering on critical onboarding activities of new clients for Meritain Health Pharmacy Solutions. Initiate and complete the end to end implementation process within, or ahead of deadlines.Facilitate a series of client meetings to address plan design, operational structure and administrative components relative to a client's pharmacy benefits.Identify and review unique client needs and apply industry knowledge to advise and/or solve for those needs.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- 2 - 5 years of product/health plan implementation experience - 1 - 3 years of healthcare administration experience- Ability to organize and schedule people and tasks to develop action plans- Strong communications skills, both verbal and written- Strong computer skills and experience with MS office products- Detail orientated with the ability to manage high level volume of details within a short and inflexible timeframe- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic organization- Ability to work with little engagement from direct manager/senior leadershipCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
