Job DescriptionThe Senior Digital Product Manager for loyalty and personalization is tasked with creating a best-in-class consumer experience focused on identifying, prioritizing, shaping, complex enterprise initiatives in partnership with Digital Product Managers. Will require a person possessing a strategic Product Development mindset coupled with the flexibility and willingness to dive into tactical workflow as well. The Senior Digital Product Manager works on several product lines simultaneously at a somewhat "high level" verses "owning" any one product; thus, the role is ideal for a person who thrives on variety and shifting priorities.Primary Responsibilities: developing robust business cases framing communications and justifying trade off decisions developing detailed roadmaps (tied to driving growth, improving health outcomes, improving the overall consumer experience, and/or reducing cost of service), ensuring alignment with key business stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, Site, Account, Pharmacy, and other Teams) collaborating with digital functional teams (Product Managers, Release Train Engineers, Design and Product Owners) translating customer and business needs into short term and long-term product direction (outcome roadmap) prioritizing and aligning the efforts of agile product teams and epics/features associated with programs influencing the flow of work through the program and into the program backlog managing the initiative backlog across teams, pilots, and ROI identifying dependencies among the varying digital teams as well as with external teams performing industry research, as necessary, to keep senior stakeholder and teams apprised of the competitive landscape as well as support feature development. participating in SAFe Agile ceremonies where appropriate setting goals using measurable data points and can evaluate success of the initiative versus plan.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 95,000Maximum: 209,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 5+ years required experience as a product manager/owner, business analyst, business strategist or project manager working in marketing, customer relations and/or personalization. 3+ years of supporting and collaborating with cross-functional teams, leadership and clients.
