InstaMed?s patented, private cloud-based technology securely transforms healthcare payments by driving electronic transactions, processing payments and moving healthcare data seamlessly, and improving consumer satisfaction.JOB SUMMARY: The Network Development Representative (Inside Sales) position is ideal for a candidate who is willing and able to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. This position will be responsible for supporting the company?s efforts to increase healthcare provider adoption by enrolling providers for electronic payment and remittance advice processing via the InstaMed Network. The role will be required to manage customers' expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction, maintain frequent voice and email contact with customers, and be required to maintain strong working relationships with other departments within InstaMed. Superior customer contact skills and a strong attention to detail are required.Essential Functions:Conduct provider outreach through marketing campaigns on behalf of InstaMed?s payer partnersCommunicate effectively with healthcare providers regarding the benefits of converting from paper to electronic paymentsFacilitate provider enrollment, including quality control/analysis of enrollment data to ensureWhat does a ?typical? day look like in this role?o Mostly handling inbound calls, with the potential to move to outbound outreach as well. NDRs typically are working with healthcare providers for smaller doctor?s offices around the country and helping them enroll in our solutions. Main job involves Customer Service with being professional on phone calls and with emails, while also Sales since we are registering providers on our network. After training, we expect our reps to be able to field any questions on our standard solutions or product that may come up with providers. Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries. Records details about customer inquiries. Helps resolve complicated customer complaints. Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution. Requirement: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:Experience with MS Word, Outlook and managing calendars.Qualifications/Work Ethic:- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, and excellent telephone etiquette- Organized and detail-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy- Handle regular activities without prompting, and advice in advance with issues or delays.- Use of tact and discretion when dealing with confidential matters; proven experience interacting with senior management- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills- Confidence to complete projects with limited supervision- Exhibit a high degree of motivation, sense of urgency and professional demeanor- Ability to multi-task and ensure multiple projects are completed on time - Ability to organize and complete tasks in a timely manner and ability to prioritize efficiently.- Work in partnership and cooperatively to meet business needs with not only the back-up assistant but when other assistants are out and during busy periods (quarterly earnings, special mailings, etc.)- Work in partnership with assistants in other lines of business (LOB), with assistants in Sales for analyst marketing scheduling, corporate access, etc. What are the top 3 things you look for in a candidate?1. Time Management Skills? Staying on top of each aspect of this position is key, as we cannot allow for things to fall through the cracks. We want our representatives to be able to handle their individual work day in and day out with a consistent schedule planned, and use management as a resource for questions and complex issues.
