Company :HM Health SolutionsJob Description :JOB SUMMARYThis jobperforms financial and business related research and analysis such as the preparation of forecasts and/or analysis of financial reports, records and trends; develops and maintains spreadsheets and databases to facilitate analysis and reporting; and is responsible for conducting and documenting financial analysis projects.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESDisplayeffective communication skills.Coordinatewith other departments, locations, and municatewith other departments and/or outside agencies to resolve municatewith management at the Organization, subsidiaries, affiliates, other third parties, etc. as to project status and completion deadlines.Advisemanagement of expected outcomes, and recommending ways to improve the outcomes.Conductpresentation to all levels of management in order to provide a summary of analysis regarding financial results and municatewith management as to project status and completion deadlines.Performfinancial and business related analysisAnalyze, evaluateand interpret appropriate financial and statistical data.Developand/or documentbusiness policies, conductspecial financial and business related studies and cooperatewith other departments in the preparation of analyses.Conductfinancial and business related analyses and research including the preparation of forecasts and/or analysis of trends.Analyzefinancial reports and records.Provide reasoning for variances and make recommendations relative to the accounting of reserves, assets, and expenditures.Advisemanagement of expected outcomes, and recommend ways to improve the dependently pursuefundamental problem solving and documents the recommendations to management.Facilitateanalysis and reporting.Utilizecomputer to input, retrieve or display accounting information.Developand maintainspreadsheets and databases.UtilizePC and/or mainframe based systems and software, compiles and prepares reports, graphs and charts of data developed.Serveas a project lead for special projects within the department.Leadand documentfinancial analysis projects including the preparation of ad hoc reports; to include but not limited to; gathering of data, analysis, documentation of findings, and calculation of results and generation of reports for distribution.Coordinateactivities to ensure the project is advancing properly and to ensure the project is completed within the timeframes cluded in this process will be communication with Management at the Organization, subsidiaries, affiliates, other third parties, etc. as to project status and completion deadlines.Make recommendations based on findings when necessary.Other duties as assigned or requested.QUALIFICATIONSMinimumBachelor's Degree is required for all levels7 - 10 years of related progress experience in Accounting and/or Finance including experience in leading projects of varying size and complexityExperience with various computer applications to include MS Excel and/or MS AccessPreferredCPA/MBAExperience with Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP/EPM)Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or other data visualization toolsSkillsStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong relationship building skillsClient focused with strong business acumenSelf-starter with the ability to work under pressure independently and as part of a teamAbility to think strategically and act proactively to create strong trust and confidence with business unitsStrong innovative problem-solving capabilitiesLanguage (Other than English):NoneTravel Requirement:0% - 25%PHYSICAL, MENTAL DEMANDS and WORKING CONDITIONSPosition TypeOffice-basedTeaches / trains others regularlyOccasionallyTravel regularly from the office to various work sites or from site-to-siteRarelyWorks primarily out-of-the office selling products/services (sales employees)NeverPhysical work site requiredYesLifting: up to 10 poundsConstantlyLifting: 10 to 25 poundsOccasionallyLifting: 25 to 50 poundsRarelyDisclaimer: The job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and essential duties and responsibilities of work performed by employees within this job title.
