Job DescriptionAetna, a Fortune 5 CVS Health Company has a dynamic opportunity for a strategic thinker and finance lead to support new business development analysis and project management for our government segment. The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will be responsible for oversight of segment wide finance projects along with forecasting and planning functions for new business opportunities. This is a highly visible position that will collaborate with leaders of various functional areas to develop budgets, determine optimal staffing, lead projects, and present results of analysis to senior leadership for their review and approval. Leads segment wide projects and process reviews that improve organizational productivity and cost-control to meet the demanding requirements of our corporate policies as well as industry and government regulations Project leader on multi-functional projects that span several Medicaid departments and have visibility of Medicaid senior leadership Evaluates project request and provides support for the Financial Validation of All Business Cases - Cost, Benefit, Return on Investment (ROI), and Net Present Value (NPV) calculations. Leads support of the Strategic Planning Process including Financial Models, Merger and Acquisition assumptions, Business inputs & Growth targets for all the Medicaid Markets in the segment. Collaborates on the Financial Support and Modelling for Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI).Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. Strong communication (verbal, written, presentation) and collaboration skills High level of proficiency using Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
