Job DescriptionCVS Health is seeking a skilled technologist to lead Request Intake and prioritization for the Product Office of Enterprise MarTech. The Product Office team provides access to critical omni-channel MarTech platform capabilities and services that enable CVS Health to communicate effectively with patients, members and customers at moments that matter, providing cross-enterprise personalized digital and channel experiences.This role requires cross-functional understanding of products and platforms in order to drive scoping and discovery of a range of enablement and channel consolidation initiatives. Responsibilities include collaborating across product teams, 3rd party technical experts, Agile trains, engineering, and architecture where appropriate. Lead Enterprise MarTech Request Intake: a formal process for all requests from the business relating to MarTech platforms including marketing automation, CDP, DMP, CMS, and more Where appropriate, draft and present solution options for consideration - typically with the support of SMEs where needed. Align with architecture (and others, situationally-dependent) on technical feasibility, LOE. Identify a recommended solution, provide this (and alternative options where appropriate) for final input and steering from the business. Lead technical conversations related to MarTech capabilities, determining best course of action based on requirements and value provided by solutions, which would include (but not be limited to): Strategic roadmaps and their key dates, Solicitation of critical success factors and business outcomes, garner key data points and artifacts to assist in scope and requirements gathering, and liaise with engineering and project delivery teams to oversee timely repair and improvement objectives Support identification, documentation and tracking of key platform success stories - provide materials quarterly to evangelize the tech stack capabilities Contribute to the development of an integrated, long-term product roadmap with MarTech leadership, stakeholders, and partners, that includes program deliverables, strategic alignment, enterprise-wide impacts, milestones, risks, assumptions, constraints, and overall program investment Monitor and identify platform adoption and utilization trends, providing proactive innovation recommendations based on risk and business needs Work cross-functionally with Product, Architecture, and Engineering to ensure all requirements are properly scoped to facilitate efficient handoff to project management and other partners where appropriate Partner with MarTech product leads to maintain and prioritize the backlog of requests and projects from the Marketing teams Build and improve process governance and MarTech product user experience for our internal customersPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 120,000Maximum: 265,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
