Job DescriptionThe LTSS Trainer is accountable for training and delivering a standard learning curriculum across regions which drives a consistent learning experience, a best-in-class member experience, and builds colleague engagement. The Trainer will teach and deliver select curriculum required from the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) - Aetna Better Health of Florida Long Term Care contract and identified Aetna/ CVS training curriculum to build the colleagues' knowledge, skills and abilities. This position requires proficiency in the use of multiple delivery methods such as computer based, web-based, virtual classrooms, electronic support tools, simulations, etc. and ability to measure training effectiveness, providing feedback to learners and managers. The Trainer will complete class-related tasks such as certifying learner's completion of courses and will support and coordinate job shadowing and other training mechanisms as required of learners. The Trainer will utilize various computer systems to setup training, track training completions, enter training data, and process information. Additional duties and responsibilities include: Following up with learners and managers to monitor trainee progress Building positive relationships with LTC staff and partnering programs to support cross knowledge and collaboration Ensuring trainees feel welcome and supported at every stage of their learning plan and that they are given the opportunity to complete their training Coaching learners to achieve desired skill proficiency Completing shadow visits with case managers to assess knowledge base and identify additional training needs Evaluates existing learning programs for continuous improvement opportunities Provides staff re-training as the need is identified Participates in projects and work groups Promotes, develops, and maintains professional relationships with all site personnel Participates in continuous improvement efforts. Seeks opportunities to continuously improve training deliverables and processes in creative ways which result in the improvement of desired outcomesPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 97,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
