Job DescriptionAs an OTCHS Member Services Coordinator, you will work closely withMember Service Manager and Supervisors to handle any member grievancespresented by a member or Health Plan. As a Member Services Coordinator you areresponsible for ensuring superior service for our members and Health Planpartners by providing information, feedback and resolving the issue. The MemberServices Coordinator will also be held accountable to call center service levelstandards as well as flawless execution of inbound/outbound calling programsand associated performance metrics. The Member Services Coordinator willalso create and support a culture of inclusion and diversity, ensuring allactions is in complete alignment with CVS practices, policies and values as well as state, federal and regulatory requirements.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 17.00Maximum: 27.16Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. Experience in use of call centertechnologies/applications. Experience working in a call center environment is highly preferred. Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels and prepare effective written documents. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work in a structured, fast paced call center environment.
