As a Strategy Senior Manager, you will be part of our Prescription Benefit Management (PBM) Innovation team that engages in new technology development and deployment. You will have the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the member experience and the future direction of the company.The Strategy Senior Manager will provide guidance to the PBM Member Services organization with particular emphasis on root cause analysis, solution ideation, piloting, and implementation. You will have the opportunity to analyze the current business operational landscape, develop solutions and products to address consumer pain points, and present recommendations to Senior Leadership. A key focus on your role will be supporting the development of new member-facing technologies and communication strategies to improve member engagement and satisfaction.Primary Responsibilities: Conduct root cause investigation by leveraging data analysis, site observations, and stakeholder interviews to identify operational pain points, market trends, system interdependencies, and key insights Develop robust business cases and value assessments that support on-going and future strategic initiatives including supporting the prioritization of digital and voice technology roadmaps Propose recommendations to enhance current products and introduce new products and services to Senior Leadership Assess quality and impact of recently launched Digital and Voice initiatives to determine whether project are meeting stated goals and targets Answer complex business questions by preparing and executing analysis which can be presented to key business stakeholders in a way that is concise and easy to understand Manage multiple projects in a fast-pace, frequently evolving environmentThis is a work from home opportunity from any location within the United States.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
