Job DescriptionThe Manager, Formulary Strategy supports development and execution of the Trade Strategy team, which has been formed to protect and grow CVS's current portfolio of initiatives and growth targets. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Senior Manager, Formulary Strategy to support business cases, assist with execution of new initiatives, and maintain the operational aspects of the Trade Strategy and Operations team. To innovate and achieve the growth targets the enterprise has set, the candidate will stay ahead of relevant trends in healthcare, facilitate reviews to support internal product teams, assist with business case development for top ideas, and coordinate cross functional efforts to optimize the team's value. The Manager, Formulary Strategy will be expected to be a creative, big picture thinker, and able impart organizational skills in maintaining the operational demands of the department. This Manager can reside anywhere within contiguous United States as this role can be performed remotely. Primary Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Product, Medical Affairs, and Group Purchasing team(s) to optimize enterprise value- Review data to reveal insights on future growth strategies- Formulate presentations to demonstrate organizational value and market dynamics for senior leadership teams- Contribute to the operational demands of the Trade Strategy Team- Assist with monitoring and presenting on opportunities related to drugs pipeline- Support clinical reviews when high value projects are being formulated within the TS&O teamPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience - 3+ years of experience in in Strategy and/or Corporate Development within healthcare, with focus on expertise and experience working in the PBM or pharmaceutical segments. - 3+ years of experience building effective presentations for both cross-functional teams and senior leadership. - Mature problem solving, oral and written communication, and presentation skills; intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - Demonstrated experience supporting multiple projects and priorities at onceCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
