Job DescriptionLead Director of Sales and Service for international business with 2-99 international travelers.Position is responsible for leading a team of 3 Senior Managers of Account Management, 1 Sales Specialist and 4 regional Sales Executives. Total span of control is approximately 30 employees, with 8 direct reports (5 sales reps and 3 managers).This person is responsible for ensuring that we retain our existing business by overseeing the managers of account management, while also driving new business sales results. Overall profitability is measured and included in scorecard results, also.This leader serves as the executive contact for producers and clients, as needed and leverages relationships to help close renewing and new business.The individual works closely with the Executive Director of the commercial business to support additional projects, financial analysis, strategic business plans and other responsibilities as needed.This is an important leadership position within the international team and this leader will be instrumental in helping to drive a growth initiative within the organization.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 105,000Maximum: 220,500Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required QualificationsProven sales experience of 7-10 years.Leadership experience within a team or organization.Management experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate.Ability to motivate team members.Ability to use data analytics tools, such as , to drive and measure meaningful results.Ability to create compelling presentations - verbally and with PPT.Ability to use Excel to spreadsheet financial proposals.Understanding of Healthcare and complex financial negotiations.Ability to lead and facilitate a team presentation, internally and fort with public speaking and sales interactions.Ability to travel Eastern US - 25%-50% - seasonal ebbs and flows with travel needs - flexibility is required.Valid life & health license in resident state required.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
