This newly formed role supports: Analysis of Pharmacy programs and services to determine economic impact to our business; Coordination of stakeholders and inputs for volume, revenue and COGS to support various initiatives within the Growth areas of our Pharmacy and Payer relationships; Financial planning and analysis of new B2B/third party service offerings in our Retail Pharmacy.We seek a growth-oriented individual with business and financial acumen. Strong knowledge of the Pharmacy or Payer space and excellent communication are keys to success in the role.Select Job Responsibilities: Coordinate and lead impact analysis across all Retail Pharmacy Growth initiatives to determine volume and margin impacts with Analytics and Product leaders Incorporate program impact and other analyses to drive financial and investment decisions across Product, Finance, and other stakeholders Conduct budget impact and deliver value assessments across therapeutic areas and pharmacy related programs Maintain financial models and generate ad-hoc analyses used for profitability analysis, financial outcomes, and prioritization decisions Serve as thought leader across our Retail Pharmacy - covering industry trends, new and existing Rx programs, margin impacts, competitive insights, etc. Support annual strategic and financial planning processes Develop and maintain framework for prioritization and assessment of investment choices for Retail Pharmacy programs Manage and deliver appropriate financial forecasting for new and expanding Retail Pharmacy B2B services Work closely and collaboratively with partners in Finance, Rx Growth Product Development, Payer Relations, and other key stakeholdersPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 100,000Maximum: 221,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
