Job DescriptionThe Sr. Manager Pharma Services Growth Strategy supports development and execution of the Growth Strategy for the Trade Strategy team, which has been newly formed to protect and grow $30B in cost of goods and drive outsize growth in CVS's current portfolio of $300 million in new initiatives (e.g. pharmaceutical data products), meeting growth targets through 2025. The Sr. manager, Growth Strategy will be responsible for supporting the Director, Growth Strategy to articulate the vision and strategy for Trade organization, develop business cases, and execute new initiatives. To innovate and achieve the growth targets the enterprise has set, the Sr. Manager, Growth Strategy will stay ahead of relevant trends in healthcare, conducting research and analyses to support recommendations on where CVS is best positioned to win; support business case development for top ideas; and coordinate the effort to incubate and launch big bets. The Sr. Manager, Growth Strategy will be expected to be analytical and creative, able to draw insights from disparate sources of data and build innovative business ideas from them, and comfortable in ambiguous and novel situations.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualificationsâ—‹ Must be a current CVS Health internâ—‹ 5+ years of experience in strategy and/or corporate development within healthcare, with focus and experience working in the PBM or pharmaceutical segmentsâ—‹ 3+ years of years of experience building effective presentations for both cross-functional teams and senior leadershipâ—‹ Mature problem solving, analytical, oral and written communication, and presentation skills; intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint â—‹ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at onceCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
