Job DescriptionReporting directly to the Sr Finance Director, this position assists in the preparation of monthly financial statements and all supporting documentation required for all financial audits. This position will focus mainly on grant reporting and will work closely with providers on a regular basis regarding grant expenses and budgets in accordance with federal guidelines, conduct all necessary analysis and research to record monthly financial data accurately including accruals. This position will prepare and assemble all required supporting documentation for expense reimbursement by the state of Arizona. Prepare regulatory reports adhering to all contractual reporting obligations including Ad-hoc requests. Prepare monthly journal entries and supporting documentation as assigned by the Sr. Finance Director. Complete regular revenue and expense analysis specific to grant funding and other contracts. Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Manage all desktop compliance requirements including Accounting Dept. policies and procedures. Lead project meetings for multi department projects. Complete daily accounting functions related to treasury and accounts payable.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 97,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications-4+ years of experience working with multiple priorities and meeting deadlines -4+ years of experience writing policies and procedures, performing detailed analysis including allocations, and developing supporting documentation for accounting transactions -4+ years of experience presenting information and using reasoning to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions. -4+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing appropriate action plans -2+ years of experience with accounting softwares and Excel (specifically Pivot tables, vLook-up, and complex functions)COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
