Job DescriptionFortune 4 CVS Health is hiring for an Informatics Advisor to join the Risk Adjustment informatics team. The Risk Adjustment Informatics team is the analytical engine supporting all risk adjustment activities. You will act as the lead subject matter expert on Medicare Risk Adjustment methodology and work with at-risk provider groups to enhance risk adjustment performance.You will be part of the team to create a best-in-class at-risk provider enablement operating model to drive HMO and DSNP product growth and performance of Provider Collaboration arrangements. You will develop BI tools to package financial and analytical data to support at-risk provider reporting, RAF improvement opportunities and overall performance management. You will create efficient processes to deliver accurate and timely analytical reports to drive provider education on coding accuracy.Join this exciting opportunity to work directly with different teams across the organization and have a meaningful impact on our businessThis role is open to Fully Remote Location.Key components of this position include: Proficient in large data analytics, cleaning, and manipulation Familiar with healthcare data, including enrollment, medical claims, Rx, Lab, submission data, and etc. Expertise in PC SAS/SAS EG is required. Knowledge of Tableau development is a plus. Good understanding of the Medicare Risk Adjustment methodology, revenue cycle, and Value Based Care preferred. The candidate should have a strong passion for data integrity with an eye for detail, but also be in tune with the big picture. This individual should understand their audience and associated work processes to be able to effectively turn business requirements into meaningful information. Expectations are that this individual will have solid verbal and written communication skills to facilitate independent follow through on process questions and problem resolution. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
