Join us in our mission to lower health care costs, increase accessibility, and improve livesThe Sr. Manager, B2B LifeCycle Marketing, reports to the Lead Director of LifeCycle Marketing. In this role you will be leading the charge on building our first ever B2B scale marketing program to our highest potential growth segment - Employers. You must be an innovator and a change agent, with a passion for B2B client-centric, needs-based marketing. You will be responsible for the creation, development and delivery of data-driven marketing programs and campaigns that will convert Employer prospects to clients and convert clients to brand loyalists. You will orchestrate end-to-end marketing strategies across all channels (email, site, social, field, direct mail, etc.) and across all moments of the life cycle (prospect, early tenure, growth, customer loyalty, and attrition prevention). You will also be responsible for marketing the Employer specific product portfolio - understanding the product value propositions, target audience, and how, when and where to bring product messages to market within client-centric marketing strategies and programs.This is a dynamic and fast paced environment, and the successful candidate will enjoy balancing short-term needs with longer-term planning. A collaborative team mindset and the ability to build consensus and influence in a cross-functional and highly matrixed environment is required. Create end-to-end marketing strategies and campaigns as part of the overall Employer lifecycle marketing program that drive growth, adoption, and retention Create analytic-model driven scale programs (e.g. dynamic email campaigns, always-on marketing alerts to sales, triggered curriculum based engagement programs) that are client-centric right-time, right message, right-channel Define client segmentation leveraging primary research, data and analytics Map the current prospect and client journey, and find opportunities to influence and drive change, then use clear criteria to prioritize which opportunities you will activate Develop strategic positioning, value stories and messaging, and pull that through to sales tools and surround sound campaigns that drive audience engagement & increase consideration As a data-driven marketer, develop program metrics and KPIs, ensuring measurement and reporting accuracy, and leveraging ongoing insights to refine strategies and inform go-forward approach Be bold, creative and innovativeWant to meet us in person?
