Job DescriptionAs a Community Outreach Marketing Manager, you'll utilize innovative strategies and programs to ensure access to health care coverage for the Medicare and impact millions of lives. The Community Outreach Marketing Manager will play a critical role in member acquisition within Aetna's Medicare Plans. The Community Outreach Marketing Manager's success is largely based on providing the Community Lead Generators and Internal Sales teams the support and guidance to forge relationships with community partners and influencers. Through community marketing and outreach efforts, the Community Outreach Marketing Manager will have direct impact on membership growth. This role will be responsible for an increase in enrollment for the Medicare plans by securing organizations for reasons of community-based sales and marketing activities that will provide membership growth opportunities. This position will also interface with other members of the Community Activation team to increase marketing synergy and drive overall membership growth. This is a home-based position. Strong preference for current Life & Health Insurance Producers License (or must be willing to attain licensure within first 12 weeks of employment). This role will report to the Senior Manager of Strategic Marketing.Primary Responsibilities:â— Investigate, identify, initiate, and respond to opportunities to create or participate in marketing activities that lead to membership growth â— Assist with planning, implementing, and coordinating events â— Tracks and measures event effectiveness. â— Assists with designing and measuring overall event strategy â— Provide input, support and feedback on promotional opportunities, benefits, and other issues â— Prepare preliminary budget recommendations for each approved event and/or campaignPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
