Job DescriptionThe Enterprise MarTech Product and Platforms team is an enterprise team that drives incremental business value with personalized, data-driven, contextually relevant connected experiences across the CVS Retail, Pharmacy and Health Care businesses. The Product Owner, Digital Content Platforms is a key role, who defines and drives the strategic vision for content, asset and workflow management platforms within the MarTech ecosystem. This role also understands the intersections between content, data, and targeted interactions to deliver high performing and highly personalized, connected experiences for the CVSH consumer. This role works closely with marketing leaders across the CVS Health lines of business to assess business goals, strategic objectives and gather use cases to build a comprehensive and actionable multi-year roadmap for our B2C and B2B businesses. The Product Owner, Digital Content Platforms is responsible for envisioning the art of the possible, working with Scrum Masters and MarTech engineers as part of an Agile/Scrum-based team to bring the product vision to life.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with digital, marketing and analytics leaders to gather and rationalize desired business outcomes, key use cases, and product requirements. Collaborate with MarTech cross functional teams, solutions architects, and strategic partners to cultivate and deliver a multi-year product roadmap. Be an advocate of MarTech and communicate current and target-state capabilities across the organization to drive alignment, adoption and education. Focus on delivering business outcomes, like improving customer acquisition, engagement, customer/member experiences and better healthcare to customers. Work within SAFe Agile teams to develop a backlog of user stories. Act as Product Owner in cross-functional Scrum teams, helping drive continuous delivery Mentor and manage a team of product owners and managers to cultivate our next generation of leaders Stay current on industry trends within data platforms, content management, and channel execution.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 120,000Maximum: 265,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications Experience as a product manager, project manager, or platform configurator with the following technologies: AEM Sites, AEM Assets and Adobe Workfront 7+ years of experience working as a technology-focused Product Owner 5+ years managing technical product team members onshore and offshore 3+ years of experience using Agile or Iterative delivery methodologies 2+ years of experience delivering CMS components for customer facing digital experiences utliziing safe agile 1+ years of experience or knowledge of Digital Asset Management products to solve enterprise goals for marketing, web, advertising and personalizationCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. Please note that in some states and roles, you may be required to provide proof of full vaccination or an approved reasonable accommodation before you can begin to actively work.Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of workflow management platforms and automations focused on content creation and delivery into an enterprise DAM solution Knowledge of web optimization and Test & Learn tools (Google Optimize, Optimizely, Oracle Maxymiser, Monetate, Adobe Target) Experience or knowledge of tag management. web analytics platforms and visualization tools (Tealium, Adobe Launch, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau) Strong understanding of the MarTech ecosystem, and common marketing use cases. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Education Bachelor's Degree or related field or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience) required.
