Job DescriptionThe Field Service Wellness Advocate is empowered to serve as a bridge to connect Sodexo's members to available health and wellness programs, tools, and resources, including those from Aetna and the client's other vendors. This will include both administrative and clinical services. This role is 100% dedicated to our client Sodexo, and will be remote based; however, as requested by the client, occasional travel to Sodexo's field or corporate locations will be required for direct member engagement/educational activities and other meetings.The Field Service Wellness Advocate will engage, educate, and influence members to enable their decisions related to achieving and maintaining optimal health status. S/he will work with members, Sodexo's Total Rewards team, and Aetna's account, operations, and clinical teams to deliver the best member experience and optimize the benefits offered through the employee benefits plan and wellness program.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required QualificationsWith Sodexo Work consultatively in partnership with Sodexo, and the Aetna account management, operations, and clinical teams to provide their employees with the best possible wellness programs and member experience and to facilitate implementation and promotion of wellbeing programs. Support Sodexo's Benefits, Total Rewards, EBRGs, Department of Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Wellness Council teams by taking a lead role in focus areas or projects related to wellness (e.g., communication, reporting, maintaining vendor relationships, etc.). Be knowledgeable on Sodexo's overall benefits program and how it supports their broader approach to total rewards. Support Sodexo with assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating (ROI) wellness programs to reduce health risks, healthcare costs, and population absenteeism due to illness and disability. Proactively assist implementing internal and vendor-provided wellbeing programs, including identifying and executing tactics to increase awareness and participation/utilization. Design (onsite, virtual and hybrid) strategies and communications to educate and promote use of wellbeing programs to drive engagement. Conduct internal and external research to develop best practices based upon leading and emerging trends. Proactively share information about current national wellness and wellbeing initiatives. Lend Subject Matter Expertise to Sodexo team and acts as resource for day-to-day processes, providing direction on routine and difficult issuesWith Members Engage directly with Sodexo members to educate on the existence of available wellness programs. When appropriate, travel to customer sites to educate, train and promote wellbeing programs. Promote and facilitate onsite/virtual/hybrid wellbeing events at various offices, coordinating with customers and benefits vendors, while answering questions about various programs and encouraging participation in available programs. Coordinate referral to appropriate customer programs as necessary. Develop strategies for virtual and hybrid approaches.With Aetna In coordination with the Aetna account team, recommend wellbeing solutions and services that align with Sodexo's needs - including diversity and inclusion initiatives - to help drive desired results. Partner with Aetna's Account Team and Plan Sponsor Insights clinical and analytical resources to assess program data analysis, plan performance review(s) and identification of key drivers of results. Provide analysis in the context of overall utilization and trend to promote improved engagement.
