The Lead Director, Medicare Performance Marketing is responsible for driving digital marketing and sales for our Medicare products. They will work with product marketers to bring their strategies to life through digital channels including managing digital investment, execution, and performance. Manages the forecasting of the full-funnel Digital Marketing activities across products to ensure the delivery of digital goals including sales and leads to drive acquisition. Ensures mix of spend is optimized towards driving growth. Develop and refine tactics across the digital funnel to ensure optimal consumer experience and performance. Analyze digital results, competitive landscape and digital trends to recommend enhancements and performance improvement. Manage the execution of all digital tactics including search, display and email. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure Manage 7 individuals who manage the execution of digital tactics.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 100,000Maximum: 221,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in driving Performance Marketing campaigns ideally in a regulated industry Outcomes oriented with P&L ownership mentality - continuously driving for and achieving positive business outcomes Proven track record of accomplishments in multichannel marketing and ability to drive the build of engaging content behind strategic initiatives Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics Suite, Google Analytics/AdWords) to target buyers, benchmark campaigns and tracks Ability to bring together analytics and operations to drive results Ability to influence others, work effectively in a matrix environment, and interact with all levels of the organization Highly communicative team player, adjusts to working style/needs of others to establish strong relationships Experience marketing in a regulated industry Strong strategic, critical thinking, and analytical skills; ability to contribute to strategic planning discussions Strong tactical execution skillsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
