Job DescriptionAs an Advisor within the Omnicare Business Insights and Data Infrastructure Team, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of multiple key analytical and reporting work streams and projects within the LTC Omnicare portfolio. You will report to the Senior Manager Data Analytics. This role will require collaboration with business end users, project stakeholders, and IT partners to identify needs, goals, metric measurements, and business facing data views resulting in clear interfaces enabling end users to quickly identify key themes within the business. Strong analytic skills and ability to develop, and implement analytical data models, dashboard and reports using Tableau and similar tools enabling end users to analyze data and make informed business decisions. Proven history of utilizing Business Intelligence applications and products to develop executive dashboards and operational scorecards will be beneficial. To be successful in this role you will be able to maintain a high-quality data infrastructure and transform data attributes into meaningful accurate metrics.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 97,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. Please note that in some states and roles, you may be required to provide proof of full vaccination or an approved reasonable accommodation before you can begin to actively work.Preferred Qualifications Strong ability to manage multiple complex tasks with confidence & accuracy Experience in developing reporting, aggregating data and providing key insights through metrics Familiarity with different database management systems (Oracle, DB2, MySQL) Solid foundational understanding of statistical concepts such as probabilities, central tendencies, variance, hypothesis testing and regression analysis Hands-on experience analyzing linkages between multiple datasets and creating concise summaries for management with tools such as SAS, R, SQL or Python Advanced knowledge of Tableau specifically with Tableau Prep Conductor for data management and experience creating interactive visualizations.ATTENTION HIRING MANAGERS/SUBMITTERS:In the education field, identify the degree required and the equivalent experience if applicable for the role.
