Job DescriptionAs a Lead Director, Project Program Management, you will be responsible for delivering large strategic programs within the Product Enablement / Configuration team. You will provide leadership and tactical direction to multiple matrix teams supporting new products and services for the Medicare and Individual Family Plan business. Key components of this role include: Managing multi-year, large complex projects from inception through to implementation Implementing effective project/program controls including program metric development, status reporting/tracking results and financial implications. Leading the implementation and alignment to SAFe fundamentals across multiple teams including PI Planning Events, coordinating delivery across multiple trains, implementation of Inspect and Adapt events. Collaborating with Product Strategy and IT to create accurate and complete requirements and testing documentation that lead to flawless implementation of product and benefits configuration. Additional Responsibilities Include:- Set direction for complex projects and/or programs teams- Ensure all stakeholders are engaged in developing strategies, solutions and/or supportive of the strategic solutions designed using strong influencing skills- Developing executive level presentations to support initiativesPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 100,000Maximum: 221,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
