Job Description Eligible to Apply Anywhere in the US Position is Fully Remote Prefer Candidate Located in Eastern Standard Time Support the growth of Aetna membership by being an important part of the request for proposal process. As a member of the Commercial Sales Support team you will work designated team members to respond to request for proposals/information. Responsibilities include:- Set up projects in proposal management software, Loopio including basic information and the questionnaire document(s) within 1 day of receiving the request from the proposal director.- Assign project team members in Loopio.- Apply the auto-fill function to populate standard topic areas and create a draft for the proposal writer.- Communicate with the assigned proposal writer to discuss draft and next steps. - Provide daily reporting to the leadership team on active RFPs/RFIs to support workload planning.- Develop and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with business partners.- Communicate clearly and confidently with all business partners.- Take initiative to try and independently solve RFP challenges and escalate items as problems arise, with a suggested solution.- Manage multiple, changing priorities with guidance as needed from manager/mentor.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 18.51Maximum: 33.65Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
