Job DescriptionDirectly support sales and business operations and act as the customer (client) service arm of the B2B team Manage customer accounts, support account expansion-identify opportunities, drive business outcomes, ensure customers' needs are met.Act as a liaison to internal departments and problem solve/communicate customer needs (logistics, transportation et al).Manage Salesforce processing from opportunity to close.Responsibilities % Time:1.
