Job DescriptionFortune 4 CVS Health is currently hiring for a dynamic leader to join our ORC Team. The purpose of the Regional ORC Manager position is to eliminate and reduce risk caused by organized external entities targeting CVS stores for professional shoplifting, large scale fraud and serial violent crime. In this role you will help educate and ready stores to effectively prevent and respond to incidents of organized retail crime that are the major cause of external shrink dollars as well as analyze critical metrics to identify trends in high risk product categories and develop strategies, investigations and operational recommendations to mitigate external threats to inventory loss and profitability.You must have proven ability to resolve high profile investigations into serial violent crimes including robbery and burglary, collaborate across multiple business channels to accomplish common objectives, and Proven ability to analyze critical metrics and data and develop sustainable solutions.The successful candidate will possess knowledge of: External Theft Threats, Tendencies and Prevention. Law Enforcement protocols and evidentiary standards. Retail Physical Inventory procedures, terminologies and exception reporting. External Retail Theft and Financial Fraud Investigations. Retail Inventory exception reporting and store operations. Case Management Systems, effective report writing and case presentations. Closed Circuit Store Video Systems. The successful candidate will be skilled in: Conducting logical investigations to identify suspects and dismantle multi-tiered ORC criminal organizations. Certification or extensive experience in Mobile, Static and electronic surveillance techniques. Securing law enforcement engagement and commitment through detailed case presentations and support. Collection and organization of information and evidence in accordance with professional standards. Deductive Reasoning and Problem solving. Vetting reports and information to glean actionable intelligence. Open Source and ecommerce investigations. Communication and responsible handling of sensitive information. Proficient in word, power point, access, excel, and I2 programs The successful candidate will have the ability to: Manage various data points and external loss reports within a specified market and take action to eliminate external risk. Effectively Communicate ORC activity and develop formal training initiatives to prevent and react to ORC events. Resolve complex investigations into ORC and serial violent crime across multiple locations, business models and jurisdictions. Build effective partnerships with all levels of law enforcement that result in regular case closures that positively impact profitability. Detect and Investigate criminal activity that affects CVS through professional shoplifting, organized theft groups and any criminal enterprise receiving or selling stolen CVS merchandise. Partner with Law Enforcement at local, state, and federal levels to identify, investigate and prosecute major offenders in a professional manner. Educate our CVS community, the communities we serve, and our Law Enforcement partners, by delivering ORC awareness and prevention training.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in Retail Loss Prevention and/or Law Enforcement experience in an investigative capacity.
