Job DescriptionIn this role, you will support the Cross-Enterprise Strategic Innovation (CESI) organization by providing operational and financial performance evaluation across Aetna's Utilization Management programs to optimize performance, identify new medical cost saving opportunities and accurately explain the financial impacts to the Aetna P/L. You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to build complex financial models and build business cases that inform leadership investment decisions. This role provides significant visibility to cross-functional teams and leadership including Finance, Clinical Strategy, Medical Economics, Analytics and more. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with SAI, Data Science and other teams to identify, develop, and evaluate opportunities across medical cost, administrative cost, clinical services and consumer and provider experience categories Build complex financial modeling and sound business cases that supports executive decisions and improves implementation readiness Develop and improve analytical tools to bring transparency, originate new ideas and provide early warnings / triggers for potential intervention Establish structured processes by leveraging portfolio management methodologies to provide long term visibility and sustained generation of opportunitiesPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 97,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
