Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will function in the role of a local Territory Manager. Territory Managers are responsible for the successful end-to-end management of the commercial product portfolio and programs implementation. The successful candidate will have focused alignment with a local market as single point of contact for product issue analysis and resolution.Manage E2E implementation of product portfolios and programs: SG AFA and ACA, 51-00, Middle Market Standard Plans and AFA, as well as Joint Ventures (JVs).Local Territory Management: Portfolio implementation and management; scheduled and off-cycle refreshes, Change control governance, objections remediation and management.Maintain understanding of Aetna/business unit strategy, customers, healthcare, and regulatory environment, as well as product vision/strategy. Develops and manages detailed implementation plans to execute product strategy flawlessly in collaboration with cross-functional business partners. Communicates effectively throughout the matrix. Elevate risks, communicate dependencies, and recommend alternative solutions in timely manner that allows for mitigation and/or strategic reaction. Identify and mobilize cross-functional support required to achieve business objectives, including areas of tactical and strategic support.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
