Job DescriptionThe Analyst is responsible for supporting planned and unplanned needs that arise from systems, operator experience, and other initiatives and events that impact Medicare Part B and D Operations teams. The Analyst must be able to manage multiple priorities with urgency, identify process issues and their root causes, be a systems thinker and data-driven, and build collaborative relationships to resolve issues with Support colleagues, IT, and Operations teams. He/she must be knowledgeable in critical aspects of operations and infrastructure and assist in meeting client expectations regarding system reliability and workflow. The Analyst must have in depth knowledge of CMS guidelines to ensure system support adheres to compliance requirements for Medicare Part B and D. This role also includes testing of all projects impacting Medicare Part B and D applications, process changes and reporting/ audit universe support. The Analyst is responsible to communicate results clearly and accurately, problem solve issues and work in a team setting to move issues through to completion. The Anaylst is responsible for independently managing projects when required and be highly accountable and results driven. The Analyst is responsible for applying root cause to all incidents and provide robust reporting and executive dashboards to senior leadership for visibility and potential operational improvement opportunities or to quickly identify system or process failures and drive resolution to reduce additional impact. The Analyst is also responsible for preparing and delivering client facing root cause reports with accuracy and on time.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 40,600Maximum: 81,100Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
