Job DescriptionResponsible for supporting development of Individual Medicare Advantage Special Needs plans. This position is accountable for Individual Medicare Advantage SNP product development and project management support. The individual must be able to research and review competitive, market and benefit datasets and use information to lead project management and support strategy working with the local markets and various business partners. Utilizing excellent relationship management skills, the position will be responsible for the project oversight of new programs and benefits as well as projects supporting the development of D-SNP plans. Ideal candidate will be comfortable presenting and facilitating discussions supporting multiple project initiatives to various individuals within the Aetna organization.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications-3-5 years Project management -Health Insurance Industry: 4+ years-Medicare Advantage: 4+ years-Experience with Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNP) - Candidate must have experience with various Medicare Advantage plan types, including bid mechanics such as CMS PBP filing, knowledge of local state regulations for integration, and experience with solving for the challenges unique to the D-SNP product design.- Understand and communicate CMS regulation changes impacting benefit design and processes.- Candidate must be able to work cross-functionally to successfully lead projects supporting new program and benefits for SNP business. - Ensure all associated CMS bid submission activities are on time and accurate with respect to CMS requirements, corporate systems requirements, and strategic initiatives. - Other product development activities and assignments as needed.-Strong MS PowerPoint, MS Excel required-Relationship Management: Demonstrated relationship management skills at senior levels internally -Communication: Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skillsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
