Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARYAs a member of the Aetna Pharmacy Health Plan Team, you will play a critical part of working with the team in setting the multi-year strategy of the commercial pharmacy organization, managing the on-going operations of the team, leading strategic projects, and managing relationships between Commercial Product and stakeholders across the greater CVS Health enterprise, particularly with our Caremark partners. Part insurance nerd, part innovation savant, you will enable the team to tackle the biggest problems facing our customers. You're comfortable conceptualizing and delivering executive-level presentations as well as rolling up your sleeves to help a team member contemplate a business case. Translating big hairy ideas into pragmatic and actional solutions doesn't faze you. Tall order? Maybe, but you're up to the challenge, right? THE DAY TO DAYYou will provide support to the Executive Director of Pharmacy for Aetna Commercial Business which include, but are note limited to: Commercial Products & Strategic Programs Serve as project lead and/or sponsor for strategic initiatives, including ad hoc analysis, or enterprise priorities Monitor the external market and maintain knowledge of commercial solutions to inform strategy, the application of new tools in the product ecosystem, influence stakeholders, and/or inform projects Provide oversight of the product development and product performance process and serve as a resource to continuously improve Collaborate with the Integrated Business Unit and Caremark partners on product pipeline and product deployment activities Coordinate with stakeholders through recurring and ad hoc touch points to inform projects, provide status updates, or to problem solve Engage in continuous improvement activities, including process improvementsAccount Team and External Presentations Support sales team conversations by consulting with account teams and providing collateral to represent Commercial Product for customer conversations Collaborate to develop thought ware and collateral to support product innovation sessions, broker/consultant forums, and large all hands presentations with the markets and salesforce Team Operations and Reporting Collects, refines, and submits status updates to senior leadership on a recurring basis Facilitate team staff meetings and chair working groups, as needed Represent Commercial Product on other enterprise initiatives, as neededPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 100,000Maximum: 221,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 5+ years healthcare/health insurance/PBM/retail industry experience related to high level projects and initiatives. Multiple years proven leadership experience setting strategic direction and influencing change that resulted unquantifiable positive outcomes. Work well in a dynamic, complex, customer and team-focused environment with minimal oversite and agile mindset Extensive experience advising, coaching, influencing, and building relationships Project management experience.
