Job DescriptionArea is critical to the continued success and growth of the Meritain Pharmacy Solutions product. The role is responsible for significant projects, market research, education delivery and other activities that are designed to enhance our go to market strategies and enable our clients, producers and partners to have the most up to date information and critical value items in their hands, simplified and able to understand to maximize impact. As a Sr. Manager, Pharmacy Product Strategy, you will have ownership and creative oversight of the Meritain Pharmacy Solutions go to market strategies. In partnership with key internal areas and stakeholders, you will assist in the creation of compelling marketing information, maintain an inventory of market intelligence content (specific to the pharmacy/PBM industry), engage/lead relations with critical vendors and partners, distribution of internal resources, documents, sell sheets, facilitate/moderate education sessions and other responsibilities tied to Meritain's pharmacy product's growth strategies.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- At least 5 years of experience in health care and/or health insurance industry- Experience with creative design and marketing development tools-Robust, proven knowledge of the pharmacy/PBM industry (Required)- Deep understanding of sales, account management, business development and other client/customer facing operations (preferably within the PBM and/or health insurance industry)-Creative thinker (understand how to create content for specific markets and target audiences)-Solid experience with Adobe products and MS applications (Excel, PPT, Teams, etc.)-Able to work under limited supervision -Very strong communicator with ability to speak to groups between 50 and 250 people-Detailed oriented and able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneouslyCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
