Job DescriptionThe Sr Manager, Product is responsible for product development and management processes that support the effective operation, marketing and ongoing maintenance of several trend management programs. These programs focus on CVS Health client plan design approaches that support stronger cost management of drug utilization. These strategies are critical in supporting our goal of providing best-in-class solutions for our clients.You will work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, sales and account services and other groups across the enterprise to ensure we have highly effective programs that meet both company and client needs. This requires the appropriate application of several skill sets: operational, clinical, financial/analytic, communication, creativity, and ability to manage and prioritize multiple ongoing projects independently. Some of your key responsibilities will include:- Collaborating with leadership, clinical development, financial and analytical partners, account teams, and other parts of the CVS Health organization to ensure that our trend management programs are meeting both client and CVS Health objectives- Leading your team around both the CVS Health values and goals as well as those set within the Product Development team- Ensuring each team member is being developed and best using their skills within their role- Partnering with Product Development leadership to ensure emerging needs appropriately fit within the product portfolio and ensure any new work is prioritized against existing priorities- Identifying and championing new development efforts to evolve / improve the trend product portfolio in alignment with CVS Health and client objectivesSuccess will go beyond the products themselves as this role will also collaborate with multiple key stakeholders, build and maintain strong long-term relationships, and continuously learn about the business. This role has the opportunity to work remotely.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- At least 5 years of relevant work experience required as a clinical pharmacist, in settings requiring strong product development and/or management ownership, balancing clinical - financial - operational and other aspects linked to and impacted by product decisions- Prior experience leading teams with direct and/or indirect reports- Active pharmacist license in good standingCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
