With a large and expanding portfolio of products and services, we have incredible opportunities for growth and career advancement.To help power this, we are seeking an impact-oriented Senior Analytics Consultant to join our Individual and Family Plans (IFP) Growth Analytics team, which services the Affordable Care Act (ACA) marketplace. Our team provides analytic support for Sales, Marketing (B2B and B2C2C acquisition, retention), product development, and other growth areas. The ideal candidate will have strong analytic, written/verbal communication, project management, relationship building and leadership experience. The Senior Analytics Consultant will report directly to the Director, IFP Growth Analytics and will be responsible for developing strategy and analytics critical to the success of our IFP/ACA growth goals. This is an individual contributor role, supporting the Marketing and/or Sales team, as well as influencing a broader group of stakeholders. The position is office based in our NYC, Wellesley, MA, or Hartford, CT locations. WFH flexible still requires trips to the office.Key senior stakeholders will include commercial marketing & sales leaders focused on driving growth and margin within the IFP / ACA segment; internal partners will include various analytics teams, dedicated data engineering and strategy resources, and modeling COE with current portfolio of developed models. Specific duties include: Strategic Planning: engaging Marketing and/or Sales business partners to help develop marketing and sales strategies that support IFP / ACA Open Enrollment Period (OEP) membership and margin goal attainment Go to Market: collaborate with ACA business partners to activate Open Enrollment Period (OEP) strategies, including marketing and sales performance goals and benchmarks; facilitate strategic planning sessions with key business partners on requirements for tracking results during and post OEP Impact Assessment: develop post-OEP performance analysis, highlighting drivers of success and potential solutions to observed performance limiters Work closely with ACA Analytics leadership to prioritize projects to ensure alignment with business partners growth objectives Help develop business cases for strategic analytic projects and assist with crafting an internal growth playbookAdditional duties could include: Act as a key individual contributor on large and complex projects involving multiple stakeholders leveraging a diverse range of technical and non-technical skills Successfully translate potentially vague business problems into actionable analytic projects Break down large projects and tasks into digestible components and propose project plans with milestones Develop a stakeholder network and eventually a project pipelinePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,000Maximum: 167,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources. Demonstrates proficiency in all areas of mathematical analysis methods, machine learning, statistical analyses, and predictive modeling and advanced in-depth specialization in some areas.
