As a Process Innovator within HCB Transformation solution organization, this candidate is responsible for consulting and leading transformation initiatives. Applicants should be self-starters, have a solid blend of inquiry, analytical and creative skills, thrive on collaboration, and be able to work across matrixed organizations. Primary Responsibilities Consult and lead transformation initiatives that drive strategic break-through improvements to both constituent metrics (e.g. NPS, CSAT) as well as business metrics (e.g. productivity, cost reductions). Facilitate and Execute design thinking, process mapping, research, and development of metrics/KPI's. Work within a cross-functional team comprised of business, operations, and technology members, and be accountable for driving change on how we solve business problems by reinventing and reimagining the constituent experience. Develop a value based long term roadmap, and a well-defined short-term roadmap with near term deliverables and business cases Development of metrics and system of measurement to support roadmap and deliverables. Successfully operate with high level of independence in a fast- paced environment and create positive working relationships across the organizationPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 100,000Maximum: 221,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 10+ year of related experience designing and building customer and colleague facing processes experiences. Strong analytical and written/oral communication skills. Demonstrated experience synthesizing information, communicating at all multiple levels including executive-facing analysis & presentations. Experience working with Architecture/IT & business to develop a product roadmap. Be a "system" type thinker, able to read and understand architecture.
