Job DescriptionLearning Program Manager The Talent & Culture team drives a full spectrum of organizational development, talent management and learning and development programs within a fast-paced, highly innovated analytics organization. We have the resources of a large organization and the agility of a start-up, allowing us to push the envelope regarding all things related to our people experience. The role mandate This role will own and execute A&BC's technical learning strategy and be the primary project manager for cross functional T&C team projectsFundamental Components & Physical Requirements include but are not limited to Learning Program Management Creates and leads a comprehensive technical learning program Creates and leads technical onboarding Scopes and advises on new technical learning programs, vendors and solutions. Develops a strategy to assess technical skills gaps and learning impact Mentors and manages the work of Jr learning team members Project Management- Accountable for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of numerous complex projects/tasks across a broad spectrum of subject areas as assigned- Identify deficiencies and strategize process improvements to enhance workflows based on the broad view of the organization- Create, develop and maintain operational and project documentation - Create new tools and processes to enhance current operational activitiesPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- 4 or more years project management or program management experience- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously - Proactive, collaborative, problem-solving mindset- Enthusiastic, fast learner and willing to work in various roles- Strong communication skills both verbal and written- Strong vendor, relationship, and stakeholder management skills- Ability to adapt in a dynamic and high-growth environmentCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
