Job DescriptionAs part of the CVS Health Data & Analytics function, the Retail Consumer Growth Analytics team supports our mission to be a customer-centric, data-driven organization. This team focuses on activating customer-centric engagement strategies through Marketing as well as Loyalty & Personalization. governing the acquisition, compliance, and quality of data assets aligned to a Retail Front Store Data Strategy to ensure all authoritative data assets are identified, catalogued, tracked, and utilized. As a leader on this team, the Executive Director of Analytics Transformation Strategy will own a forward-looking roadmap of strategic projects and tactical investments to execute on a portfolio designed to drive sustainable value from our data assets and analytical products. Position Summary:Part of the Analytics & Behavior Change department and reporting to the Vice President, Retail Consumer Growth Analytics, the Executive Director, Analytics Transformation Strategy will work closely with Data Science, Data Strategy, Business Partners, Consumer Analytics & Engineering teams to develop customer-centric solutions for CVS' 75M+ front store consumers. This leader will be a trusted advisor to our business partners and help them navigate data, technology, and organizational silos to unlock the value of our data assets and drive business outcomes. They will establish deep and strategic relationships with our business and technology partners, suppliers and vendors and leverage collective expertise to deliver value to the Enterprise. Core responsibilities of this role include: Develop, own and drive a long-term transformative product roadmap and partner with Business, Analytical, Data Strategy & Engineering teams to bring customer strategies & vision to life Champion data-driven, innovative and collaborative problem-solving sessions with our Business partners in partnership with data science, engineering & customer analytics teams Disrupt and Transform legacy processes & applications with process optimizations and embedding cutting-edge Data and ML driven solutions in partnership with Data Science & Engineering teams Build a team that helps strengthen the role of Analytics as a thought partner and trusted advisor to the Business and design solutions to complex problems using Data, AI, and ML Explore and drive synergies with other Analytical, Engineering, Digital & Information technology teams on solving cross-functional use cases Leverage partnerships with Analytical vendors & industry thought partners in support of our strategic priorities and objectives Partner with the CDO organization to build core competencies on data, process & business domains Define roles and responsibilities related to data governance and ensure clear accountability for stewardship of the company's principal Front Store information assets Establish and run a Retail Front Store Data Governance council responsible for maintaining our data assets and governing their responsible and effective use in the product roadmap Establish frameworks, policies, and standards for the use of Front Store data products including metrics, semantic tables, models, data graph, etc.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 157,800Maximum: 347,200Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required QualificationsThe ideal candidate for this role has a keen eye for value-driving initiatives, is execution-focused with a bias for action, can manage a portfolio of high-impact business cases and leads with empathy. Typical set of experiences that will help demonstrate these skills include: 8+ years of experience developing, enabling or implementing data-driven strategies at large organizations 8 + years of experience leading and managing a team of technical and functional data experts 5+ years of experience designing programs to setup policies and procedures to govern use of data assets 5+ years of experience influencing organizations to pursue value-driving, data-led use-casesCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
