Job DescriptionThis position is fully remote and will only consider candidates in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.The Sr Manager, Talent Acquistion is responsible for the deployment of CVS Health's Pharmacist and Pharmacy Intern talent and recruitment strategy to support CVS Health enterprise wide. - Act as an internal consultant and strategic business advisor to senior leadership to make recommendations and influence the company's direction regarding workforce planning for pharmacists and pharmacy interns. - Present as the centralized college relations talent advisor for the pharmacy intern program for the enterprise. - Develop, mentor, and coach the team. Oversees and is responsible for the outcomes and results of the company's University Relations team programs, including hiring goals are met. - Implement an internal career mobility strategy that efficiently identifies internal talent for open positions for pharmacist and pharmacy intern. Partner with Talent Manager on "skills/interest/aspiration" inventory. - Provides thought leadership and expertise in broader recruiting strategies & develops solutions and activities to ensure talent pipelines and placement/hiring in all areas where pharmacists are hired. - Partners with the appropriate HR (Human Resource) colleagues and business leaders across the enterprise and utilizes deep understanding of talent and the business to develop strategies, programs, policy, and process for recruitment and retention of pharmacist and pharmacy intern talent. - Supports the development and application of enterprise-wide talent guidelines, frameworks, programs, toolkits, and methodologies for recruitment by collaborating with the appropriate teams. - Implements the employee value proposition to attract, engage, and retain key talent in all business units. Ensure end-to-end recruiting process is aligned with recruiting strategy. - Creates and defines the required metrics to measure achievement of key talent programs. Leverage talent metrics to inform and/or modify strategies. - Analyzes the performance and success of sourcing, recruiting, & career development strategies at an aggregate level for the retail division and report back to the business. - Provides deep understanding of the external environment and the Operations & HR strategic agenda and ensure that talent strategies directly support this agenda. - Stay abreast of advances in talent acquisition, incorporating best practices where appropriate. - Develops innovative modes of hiring talent that can be implemented to meet business needs both in the short and long-term. - Develop and nurture relationships at all levels of the business. Meet regularly with senior leaders to understand business needs to develop and recommend effective and tailored recruiting strategies that support the enterprise/impact the entire enterprise.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management or human resources or transferrable work experiences such as sourcing, recruiting, and hiring talent. Knowledge of HR Recruiting processes and programs. Experience defining metrics to measure achievements. Experience managing stakeholders within and outside of HR that have an impact on the talent strategy.
