Job DescriptionQualified Candidates must live in SC or TNAccountability for Aetna Medicare sales for the South Carolina and Tennessee markets; develops Medicare Advantage strategy; manages Broker Manager, Field Sales and Community Specialists to achieve sales goals and membership objectives.-Responsible to meet or exceed Individual Medicare Advantage sales goals in a 2 state territory SC/TN across all sales distribution channels.-Manage a 12 person sales team.-Effective in grassroots and provider marketing.-Ability to work across multiple departments in Aetna corporate and in the MidSouth Market, notably Network, Marketing, and National Sales.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 105,000Maximum: 220,500Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required QualificationsRequired Qualifications-SC and/or TN Health Insurance license-Reside in SC or TN-5+ years of Sales Management Experience in Medicare advantage in SC and/or TN-Knowledge and experience with provider marketing/partnership-Experience with Key Sales Distribution channels; field sales reps(captives) and independent- Team leadership and capacity planning- Local travel as needed in SC/TNCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
