Job DescriptionFully remote anywhereWe are looking for a talented and experienced analyst to join our Third Party Risk Governance (TPRG) team which focuses on ensuring the security and integrity of CVS Health third parties. The analyst is responsible for working as a member of the Plan and Build team to develop and support the technologies enabling TPRG services. The Analyst selected for this role must have experience with risk management concepts and processes and a background in systems development and configuration. The Analyst will facilitate the development, delivery, and training of the solutions in accordance with the requirements to enable the TPRG teams defined workstreams.The Analyst will be responsible for but not limited to: - Develop reports and dashboards highlighting the results of TPRG operations, KPI's and KRI's- Identify and document technology functionality and opportunities- Communicate with team and key stakeholders to facilitate technical solutions meeting business requirements- Ability to independently troubleshoot and problem solve technical issues and solutions - Initiates work assignments and activities with minimal intervention from management- Participates and contributes in sprint grooming and planning meetings to ensure technical functionality is delivered on time and per requirements- Collaboratively work with peers to ensure operational excellence- Contribute to technology roadmap, documentation, management, and support to ensure stable technical solutions and environment - Assist with development of and conducting technology training related to supported solutions- Ensure security solutions are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and policies to minimize risk and audit findingsPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75000Maximum: 167000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- 5+ years experience in an IT Security/IT Risk environment with a large, regulated organization - 5+ years experience with development and administration of risk management solutions - 5+ years experience with agile development practices - 5+ years experience with more than one major IT discipline (distributed computing, networks, application design and development, IT security and business recovery) - 5+ years experience with API DevelopmentCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
