Job DescriptionThe Digital Incubation and Piloting Product Manager is tasked with creating a best-in-class customer experiences focused on identifying, prioritizing, and bringing to market Omnichannel initiatives and features in partnership with Digital Product Managers and enterprise stakeholders. At CVS, the Digital team manages the websites, applications and messaging platforms that support each business unit, and this role must provide a digital-first perspective to help realize business goals via measurable outcomes. This role will require a person possessing a strategic product development and customer-centric mindset coupled with the flexibility and willingness to dive into tactical workflow, working with digital teams in an agile framework. The Digital Product Manager works on several product lines simultaneously versus driving a specific feature set or team; thus, the role is ideal for a person who thrives on variety and can pivot quickly to adapt to fast-moving changes and priorities. Primary Responsibilities: Supporting the development of robust business cases and iterative MVP digital tests to support their development and scaling Helping frame communications and justifying product trade-off decisions Supporting the development of Digital product roadmaps (tied to driving growth, improving health outcomes, improving the overall consumer experience, and/or reducing cost of service) Collaborating with Digital functional teams (Product Managers, Release Train Engineers, Design and Product Owners) as well as stakeholders external to Digital (Business Strategy, Pharmacy, Store Operations, and technologies) to ensure alignment to Digital goals Translating customer and business needs into short- and long-term product direction Influencing the flow of work through the program and into the program backlog Interpreting data and analytics to identify opportunities and make product feature recommendations Identifying dependencies among the various Digital teams as well as with external teams Participating in SAFe Agile ceremonies where appropriate Setting goals using measurable data points to evaluate success of initiativesPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75000Maximum: 167000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
