Job DescriptionCVS Health is seeking a RX Automation Electro/Mechanical Technician to join our IT team. As an Electro/Mechanical Technician you will be responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, change control, testing and process improvement of automated prescription dispensing and fulfillment systems, processes and equipment. Additionally, as a Technician, you will work with the facility utility systems (HVAC, water, sewer and electric) and facility production support systems (compressed air, UPS, backup generators). Additional responsibilities of the RX Automation Electronics Technician include:Troubleshoot, repair, and provide maintenance to automated prescription dispensers and labelers Repair and fix electrical, mechanical, and controls aspects of factory automation systemsFollow critical processes that are validated and operate under the regulatory statutes enforced by the State Boards of Pharmacy, FDA, or DEA agenciesComplete and maintain accurate documentation in strict accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's) and site policiesPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 21.01Maximum: 46.83Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications-6+ months of demonstrated working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and controls aspects of factory automation systems.-6+ months of experience working with 3-phase, 480-volt electrical systems-6+ moneth of experience in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) troubleshooting experience-Must be willing to travel up to 40%COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
