You will play a key role in accelerating program performance and driving growth of a strategic program. To drive performance, you will partner with operations, field leadership and store teams, asset protection, marketing, and technology teams to manage the program and identify growth opportunities. Your job responsibilities will be:-Take ownership and drive your program performance ideas forward from ideation and piloting through rollout-Identify insights from customer/store feedback and operational reports to accelerate program performance-Lead analytical, operationally sound, hypothesis-driven approach to driving growth and retention for a retail loyalty program-Size and scope program performance opportunities, which should include a business case, technical requirements and an execution plan-Responsible for analyzing and solving complex customer and stakeholder inquires -Proactively recommend and support analyses which will better inform the technical roadmap with a focus on driving growth and retention-Develop and maintain relationships with wide range of stakeholders including business partners, store teams, IT, Product Managers, Legal, etc.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75400Maximum: 158300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
